Method For preparing dough.

  1. Knead the dough with all the above listed ingredients to a soft pliable one. Cover and place it in a warm place for proofing.
  2. Once it’s doubled in size punch out the air and divide it into equal small balls.
  3. Roll it into small discs, apply some oil, spread chilly flakes and fold it from four sides to make it a square shape(like we do for square chapathis) Slightly roll it to get a square shaped bread, place it on a baking tray, and let it proof for 30 minutes to one hour.
  4. Once it’s proofed egg wash it sprinkle some mozzarella and cilantro, bake it @200 degrees preheated oven for 15 minutes. And your soft bread is ready.
  5. Cut the bread from the center carefully, spread some chilly mayo stuff it with raw veggies, chicken and cheese, microwave it just to melt the cheese and enjoy!
