Quick and easy Strawberry Brownie that prepares in no time! Just blend, whisk and bake with simple ingredients in the pantry! A great treat to make your loved ones happy! If you are a strawberry lover give this a try!
Here I just pureed the strawberry and added it to the recipe, but I suggest you simmer the puree and mix it with the batter for more flavor and color! For sure nothing can replace the “BROWNIE”, but I find it interesting and smart to play with strawberries! Hope you all will love it!
Ingredients
- 8 to 10 strawberries(pureed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 9 tbsp butter melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Method
Just whisk it all and bake it@180 degrees preheated oven for 25 minutes or the toothpick inserted comes out clean!
For the glaze
- 4 tbsp icing sugar
- 3 to 4 tbsp milk
- Lemon zest(opt) mix and pour on top of the baked cake.
