Rich Creamy Pasta

Yes if you are searching for that creamy, rich, spicy red pasta to impress your loved ones here it is “A Restaurant Style Pasta.”

This one we have it from a restaurant and loved that flavor to the core. Even my hubby loved it as he was not much fond of such dishes. So I thought why not try it in my Kitchen. The first time I was not much satisfied with the result, but the second time it was just perfect.

This pasta is cooked with some veggies, chicken, cream, cheese and tomato puree. Oh my! all goodness in one dish, what is there to say no in this pasta. heading to the recipe.Ingredient

  • 3 cups Penne pasta
  • For boiling Chicken
  • 2 piece chicken breast fillet (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tsp ginger n garlic
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
For Sauce
 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp red chilly flakes
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 large onion finely cut
  • 1 large capsicum
  • Mushrooms(optional)
  • 5 to 6 tbsp tomato paste(ready-made)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 can fresh cream
  • Some oregano
  • Some Italian seasoning
  • Lots of parmesan cheese
  • 2 cube cream cheese

Method

  1. Boil chicken and keep it aside
  2. Boil pasta and keep it aside
  3. In a deep bottomed pan pour butter n olive oil add chilly flakes(you can add more or less according to your taste) saute well, add garlic and saute until rawness is gone.
  4. Then add onions and cook well, then capsicums(if you are adding mushrooms add in this stage) and cook.
  5. Now add tomato paste mix well and pour water close the lid and let it cook until rawness from tomato disappears. Add cooked chicken and mix.
  6. Add cream, seasonings, and cheese. If u feel like the sauce is thick add water and if it’s very thin add cream.
  7. Now, sauce is ready.
  8. Mix it with boiled penne just before serving and serve it hot.

Notes: If we mix it and keep, the pasta will not be in runny consistency, So mix it just before serving!If you don’t like oregano taste can skip it.
