Nutella & Blue berry Cheese Cake.
I don’t know if anyone can say no to this creamy cheesy dessert!I am a big fan of sweets.When my hubby first got me cheese cake oh my God!what a heavenly dessert.I eat many cheese cakes from different places but my favorite is always Cheese Cake from”Danube”.A super market chain in kSA.It literally melts in mouth.
I tried both baked and no bake,but i liked no baked one.Its easy to make and also very rich and creamy and cheesy oh|!yumm.Here there are 4 layer, biscuit layer,nutella cheese layer,vanilla and then the blue berry compote.I am sure cheese cake lovers gonna love this.
Ingredients
For base
- 10 to 15 digestive biscuits(200 grms)
- 30 grams butter
- 3 tblspn nutella
For cheese filling
- 300 gm cream cheese
- 1 tin milkmaid
- 170 gram nestle cream
- 1 tspn vanilla essence
- 1 tblspn lemon juice
- 10 grams of gelatine(dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water)
- 4 tablspn nutella
Method
Powder the biscuits transfer it to a large bowl pour in melted butter and nutella and mix well.Transfer it to prepared spring form pan and press it well with a flat object and let it set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese just to soften then cream milkmaid vanilla and beat well then pour lemon juiceand mix gelatine in this.
Now divide the mixture to two equal portions. in one add nutella and beat.Pour it over the base and let it sit in refrigerator for 10 minutes,Then pour the vanilla mix over this and spread it evenly.Let
it set for 4 to 5 hours and pour the blueberry compote over it.The delicious looking and tasting cheese cake is ready to serve now.yaay!
