
Cheese Kabab

This cheese kabab is too good with a few very simple steps!! If you are a kabab lover, do give this one a try. ❤️The first one, you may serve as burger patties or use in any roll or just serve it with salad, hummus, and pita! The crumb-coated one, relish it hot as an appetizer with your favorite dip and salad!!!

Ingredients
400 gm mince chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion, green chillies, and cilantromchopped
1/2 ts cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
chilly flakes
Lemon juice
Mozzrella cheese for stuffing
1/2 of an egg
Note
Chill the mix for 1 hour to handle it easily!!!
Method
Mix all the ingredients mentioned above with the minced meat except cheese. Chill the meat mix for 1/2 to 1 hour. Take it out apply some oil on your palm take a lemon sized ball spread it and stuff the mozzarella cover and give it a kebab shape. Chill it for another 1/2 an hour, shallow fry it.
The other one is to dip it in the maida slurry, coat it in the bread crumbs, and fry it.
