Burnt Cheese Cake
This Burnt Cheese Cake is the cheesiest and the creamiest Cheesecake I’ve ever had! Looking at it though, you’d never imagine its center would be so creamy and cheesy or that its puffed edges would melt in your mouth like cotton candy. Its caramelized burnt top and edges would become so addictive that you can’t stop having it!
My kids’ who actually aren’t a gr8 fan of cheesecake indulge in this one which made me so happy! If kids are ready for such dishes which is rich in fats, its real happiness for us ryt? Yes I know it’s full of calories that you can only make it and enjoy only once in a blue moon!hehe! So what all are your quarantine pass time? Kids are literally acting crazy and making them busy is a real task, isn’t it?
I’ve searched and browsed many recipes for this and most of them are using more than 600gm of cheese, which gives me a heart attack!👼 So this one is the recipe of Buttermilk pantry from youtube! I loved every bit of it!
