Beyti kebab

My last recipe for this Ramadan is this addictive Turkish Beyti Kebab, which is layered on a bed of yogurt and delicious tomato garlic sauce. 👌 Instead of lavash or pita bread, I used filo pastry here to get that crunch on every bite. ❤️ Try it out and thank me later!!

For Kebab
400 gm minced chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp cumin and garam masala
Some chilly flakes
Sumac a tsp
Parsley, onion, and chillies, chopped finely
Mix all these well, shape it to a kebab, and air fry it.
Take filo pastry, brush it with oil, layer it with cheese, and cooked kebab roll it and bake it until golden brown and crisp.
For the sauce
Mix yoghurt with a clove of minced garlic, salt and pepper.
For tomato spread
In a pan, melt some butter, add minced garlic and some parsley. Pour in some tomato paste, water, salt, and chili flakes. Cook for a few minutes and then switch off the flame.
