Chilli Oil

There’s something magical about a simple jar of chilli oil. It instantly transforms even the most basic dish into something bold, fiery, and irresistible. From drizzling over noodles to spooning onto eggs, rice, momos, or even parathas—chilli oil is that one pantry staple that never disappoints.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chilli flakes
  • 1/3rd cup + 2tbsp.freshly pounded garlic
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds(opt)
  • 1 tbsp kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 & 1/2 cup oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 large piece
  • 1 piece ginger sliced.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Heat the oil to a boiling point infused with ginger.( here may use onion and any other spices you like).pour the boiling oil into the mixture and stir well.
