Tortilla Kebab Skewers

Ingredients
For kebab
- 500 gm minced meat
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 or 1 tsp chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp garam masala or all spices
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Finely chopped onion, bell pepper, parsley and cilantro
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- some olive oil
- lemon juice
Mix everything well until well incorporated.
Other Ingredients
- Tortilla’
- skewer
For Dip (the best one)
- A bunch of cilantro and parsley
- spring onion
- A few sprigs of mint leaves
- 2 or 3 green chilies
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
- lemon juice
- 2 to 3 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
Blend to a smooth dip.
Method
- Cut tortilla from sides and give it a square shape(refer video)
- Spread the keema filling evenly, and stack them by ending with a tortilla.
- Cut into 4 slices, as shown in the video.
- Grill each side for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.
