
Potato Wedges

Air fryer potato wedges are a game-changer! So crispy and delicious with minimal oil. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and ready to dig in within 15 minutes! Who can resist?

I think this one is more delicious than we get from the fancy restaurants!! We can season it according to our preference and my family just love it!! Do you have a go-to seasoning or dips!!
Here is the ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- Salt to taste
- Garlic powder or 5 to 6 cloves garlic freshly pounded
- cilantro finely chopped
- Chilly flakes
- 1/4 tsp chilly powder
- Olive oil
Toss all this well.
Spray your airfryer basket with oil and spread the wedges evenly spray some more oil and airfry it for 10 mins @180degrees. After 10mins flip it and cook it for 5 more minutes!! Serve it hot with your fav dip!!
For dipping
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Some chilly flakes and spring onion
