
Mango Kunafa

Mango Kunafa is a luscious twist on the traditional Middle Eastern dessert kunafa, combining the crispy, buttery layers of kataifi with a sweet mango flavor and creamy filling. Perfect summer treat with its refreshing, fruity taste.

If you are a mango lover, make sure you don’t miss this recipe! It’s so good and just look at those layers! Note : Just prepare everything and chill it, assemble the dessert last minute to retain that crunchiness!
Ingredients
For the Sauce
- 2 large mangoes
- condensed milk for sweetness
Blend well to make a puree
For the cream filling
- 1 mango pureed
- 2 tin cream
- 1 sachet whip cream powder
- condensed milk for sweetness
Blend well and the cream filling is ready
- 300 gm kataifi
- 100 gm butter
roast it until it’s golden brown
Some condensed milk to drizzle on top of the katifi
Layering
- Some mango sauce, roasted katifi, drizzle some condensed milk, some more sauce, cream filling and some chopped mangoes! Repeat and enjoy!
Just whip and chill everything ready and assemble it 1/2 an hour before serving!
