Crispy Fried Cauliflower

If you are searching for a veg option for your Iftar menu here is an easy peasy one! This fried cauliflower is crispy, spicy, and deeelishes!

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower separated to florets
  • Salt Nd turmeric
  • boil it in water For 2minutes and drain
  • 1 tbsp chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 2 or 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder (opt)
  • some oregano
  • 2 tsp yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • instead of milk and yogurt you can use butter milk

For Coating

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilly flakes, pepper and oregano to taste
