2 Easy Kheema Recipes
These 2 recipes are a life saver when you are in a hurry! Masaledar kheema stuffed inside the bun and baked to perfection! Other one is a wrap some what similar like a kebab roll! I loved it!!! Best part here is you can make it with leftover chapathi, tortilla or khubs and your family will love it!
In first recipe if you have a doubt if it cook inside or not, no worries! After baking it for 15 minutes, cut it into half and bake it again for 10 minutes to ensure doneness of the kheema! Other one is a thin layer of kheema so it will cook fast!

Kheema Bun
Samoli Bread
For Kheema
- 450 gm minced chicken
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 3/4th tsp chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 green chilies
- 1/2 of an onion, tomato, bellpepper and some cilantro
- Some mozzarella cheese and hot sauce
For Tortilla wrap
- Tortilla or khubs
- For Spread- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tsp tahini paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt to taste
Veggies
- Onion sliced
- cilantro
- salt, lemon juice and sumac
