Palak & Peas Vada

A very easy snack with full of healthy
ingredients in it. Only you have to remember is to soak the green peas at least
for 3 to 4 hours before grinding it. Just mix up all the ingredients and grind
it and fry it until golden brown

Ingredients
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 bunch of spinach
- Hand
full of mint leaves - Hand
full of cilantro - 4 to
5 green chillies(can add more or less according to your taste) - 4
clove garlic - 1
tspn cumin powder - 1
tspn chaat masala - 1
tspn pepper powder
Method
Soak green peas for 4 to 5 hours. Then
wash and rinse it.

Put together all ingredients together and coarsely
grind it in two batches. Don’t grind it to a fine paste you will not get that
crispy texture then. If you feel the mixture is dry then add a very few drops
of water to it .Make Small round shape like vadas and fry it in medium
heat until light golden. Your crispy healthy snack is ready now.
