Cheesy, creamy tikka sliders with simple easy steps! Sliders are one of my favs, as it’s great finger food or appetizer that one can swallow easily! Here the spicy small tikka bites are well coated in bechamel sauce and then stuffed in a slider bun along with caramelized onion and cheese! Yum isn’t it?

Ingredients
- 300 gm boneless chicken cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp chilly powder
- salt to taste
- lime juice
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp oil to shallow fry
- 1 medium-sized onion for caramelizing
Marinate the chicken with the above-listed ingredients, and let it rest for some time. Cook it in a pan by covering it. Once it’s reduced the water and chicken is cooked, pour 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry it! In the same oil caramelize one medium-sized onion and keep it aside
For Bechamel or White Sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cream cheese or mozzarella
- slice cheese for stuffing
- Mint chutney for spread(opt)
- Butter to brush on the slider buns
Prepare bechamel sauce, (refer to video)once it started to thicken add the tikka and reduce until you get a thick creamy consistency. Add cheese and switch off the flame!
Stuff the slider bun with the prepared filling, caramelized onion and cheese. Place it on a baking tray, brush some butter, sprinkle the sesame seeds, and bake it at @180 degrees preheated oven for 10 to 14 minutes and enjoy!
