If you are searching for a veg option for your Iftar menu here is an easy peasy one! This fried cauliflower is crispy, spicy, and deeelishes!
Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower separated to florets
- Salt Nd turmeric
- boil it in water For 2minutes and drain
- 1 tbsp chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- Salt
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder (opt)
- some oregano
- 2 tsp yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- instead of milk and yogurt you can use butter milk
For Coating
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornflour
- Salt to taste
- Chilly flakes, pepper and oregano to taste
