We enjoyed every single sip of this rich creamy chocolate drink!Even my son loves it to drink hot!
Only you have to do is just to boil milk and cream adding cooking chocolate,drinking chocolate and simmer!you drink is ready!
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 30 to 50 gram cooking chocolate
- 2 tblspn drinking chocolate
- 3 tspn sugar
- Whipped cream for topping
- 1 tspn cornflour diluted in 2 tblspn water
Method
Grate your cooking chocolate and keep it aside
In a saucepan mix together cream n milk and just make it warm don’t boil it.Then add grated chocolate in it and let it sit for 5 minutes.Now mix together chocolate and milk then back to flame add cooking chocolate sugar and stir add cornflour mixture and let it boil for some time.Just until it becomes a little thick!your hot chocolate is ready tto serve.Top it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
- I like this slightly thick so I added cornflour,If u you don’t want just skip it
- Add more or less sugar as per you taste.
Forget everything and just indulge in this hot creamy chocolate drink!(only till the drink is over after that come back to your work hehe!|)
