Chicken Chilly 65.

Confused???Chilly or 65!

A very simple and tasty side dish to put together.I love both chilly chicken and chicken 65.Here I used simple steps from both the dish and the dish is super success.

First boil the chicken with some spices,then fry it and then sauteing it with some veggies and sauces,Trust me its worth trying and very well goes with rumali roti,buttora and even with fried rice.


For boiling chicken
  • 1/2 kg Chicken 
  • 1 tspn ginger & garlic
  • 1 tblspn chilly powder
  • 1 tblspn soya sauce
  • Salt as per taste

For gravy

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large capsicum
  • 1 large tomato pureed
  • 2 or 3 green chillies
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 tspn soya sauce
  • 1 tspn tomato sauce
  • 2 strings spring onion


1. Half boil chicken and fry it.If there is any chicken stock reserve it for the gravy.

2.Now heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken

3.Take 2 or 3 tblspn fried oil in vessel add green chillies,garlic and ginger saute,then add onion cubed,capsicum cubed and cook it in high flame.Pour pureed tomato.chicken stock and cook until the rawness from the tomato goes.

4.Add sauces and mix if u need add a pinch of chilly powder add fried chicken and mix all very well.

Sprinkle some spring onions for garnishing.If you want more gravy add some water.
