Here I am introducing a very good rajma masala that will goes very well with chappathi.I know when its turn to eat vegetables n pulses many of us will like oh noo!veg.But this one hope all will love.
1 cup kidney bean(soaked for 3 to 4 hours)
1 tablspn oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 big onion finely chopped
1 tblspn ginger
1 tblspn garlic
2 or 3 green chillies
1 tspn garam masala
1 tspn cumin powder
1 tspn chilly powder
1 tspn coriander powder
1/2 tspn turmeric powder
A smal piece ginger julien cut
2 or 3 string mint leaves
ome coriander leaves
1.First wash the bean and pressure cook it for 10 minutes until it becomes soft.
2.In a deep bottom pan,pour oil splutter cumin,then add ginger garlic paste green chillies and saute,add finely cut onions cook until transl,put garamasala mix well.
3.Add finely chopped tomatoes and all the powders cover and cook it till mushy.Add some water and let it cook until the rawness of tomatoes are gone.
4.Then pour the boiled bean along with water and mix everything very well,mash some kidney beans from the curry.Let it simmer for 5 minutes until the gravy becomes thick,last add some more garam masala julienne cut ginger mint leaves and switch off the flame.
